Norway’s own dynamic duo! I’m not sure what language it is, but the English translation of the name is “Mouth to Mouth Method”…which just happens to be one of the best ways to spread an idea/story/cool new band/etc. As of late I have sort of become obsessed with dance/electronica music (i suppose that’s the correct genre), however at times when I’m perusing new posts on Hype Machine…I find myself having an increasingly difficult time telling the songs apart. I’m not quite sure how to describe their music, other than dope! Enter Munn Til Munn Metoden. I hate to be cliche, but the best comparison I can reluctantly offer those unfamiliar with the genre is to say “they are kind of like” Daft Punk or Justice, or Soulwax (youtube or google all of them for reference). Anyway, it’s quite a refreshing sound and they have some very interesting concepts that beg your attention…and once you give up a few moments for that initial listen, you will be hooked; I guarantee it! Behold, the world’s first flying hotel. How’s that for innovative. This airborne behemoth has cleverly been dubbed the “Hotelicopter”. This gigantic flying machine features everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel—from private entertainment systems and room service to extras like spa treatments, yoga classes, gaming and a tea garden (i.e. the works).

Soooo, if you notice the shoe in the upper right corner, you will realize that it is in fact the oh-so controversial Heaven’s Gate SB Dunk…which coincidentally does NOT make sense, since these were supposedly scrapped due to the whole “it’s not cool to mock tragedies” thing. Well, if this pic/post from Univ is indeed correct…these will be available in the very near future…which means I am on the virge of making yet another horrible decision with my finances. Kicks are like crack!…i swear!

This is probably one of the craziest ads I’ve seen…ever! It was made in celebration of Diesel’s (the shoe company) 30th anniversary, hence the XXX which is 30 in roman numerals for those not in the know. Although it is still a bit risque, this is probably the closest you’ll come to in regards to porn that is “work-safe” haha. Show this to your boss and maybe you’ll get a laugh…or fired haha.
Wooooooow….so I can’t believe that I forgot to post about this place! This is the most fun (sober) memory I have from Orlando. This place was like a more interactive version of one of those Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum deals. Upside-down buildings kinda stick out, so I was kinda drawn to this place as we drove by.
Once you get past the ticket window, you must pass through the disorientation room. It’s pretty much a swirling vortex of colors that sort of induces motion sickness…even when you’re not moving lol!
After that, there were tons of random things to do…
Like getting hypnotized…
Throwing up the ROC…
Making giant bubbles…(well, TRYING to make giant bubbles)…
Admiring portraits made entirely of ABC (already been chewed) gum…
Touching giant hands…
And trying on some of the latest fashions by the Billionaire Boys Club (Astronaut suits by the BBC!!!)…
