I introduced you all to Ken and Rune B of the Upperclassmen before the blog really had any readers (we are up to about 3 a month now lol). Well now that I have noticed that there are a few more visitors than we’ve had in the previous months, I feel that now is a better time to release this. This track is titled “The Hype Sh1t” (aka My DWEEB ish) and it is definitely that! If you are feelin’ it PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hesitate to hit them up and let them know. By the way, my favorite posted track on their myspace page is “Magazine”…I’m sure the ladies will love that one.
With the Riiflex! As if the standard Wii remote and nunchuck weren’t a big enough liability, you now have to ability to add an additional 2-4 pounds, thus making it that much easier to put one through your television (j/k). Seriously though, I have broken a sweat on more than one occasion while enjoying a round of Wii Sports Tennis or Boxing (maybe I’m just that out of shape), and adding a bit of extra weight to my “cardio routine” could add to the overall effectiveness of the workout…maybe. The 2 lb. set (green) will retail for $34.95 and the 4 lb. set (blue) will retail for $39.95, however Riiflex is offering a 30% discount to all those who pre-order the weights which will bring the price down to $24.50 and $27.95 respectively.
Well it seems that Mr. F&F himself, the “Superstar” is now “Shining Down” as is indicated by the title of the forthcoming single from his upcoming album Lasers (apparently L.u.p.End and his retirement have been postponed indefinitely). Now I know this is only a brief snippet AND you don’t actually hear Lupe flow, yet it is still enough to get me amazingly hyped in anticipation of the release of the full track (and album ). Enjoy! So you all probably don’t know how much I despize those blogs whose sole purpose is to gossip. You know the type, pretty much a watered-down, online version of the National Enquirer or TMZ, etc. Well, I saw this and couldn’t help but post it…maybe because I don’t consider this guy to be a “normal” celebrity in the sense of the word. Anyway, what supposedly transpired was an altercation between the ShamWow guy (Vince Shlomi) and an unnamed prostitute/call girl/lady of night/whatever, which resulted in him somehow ending up at the losing end of a beatdown! As if enough pride isn’t lost when someone catches you with a hooker, insult is added to injury when you’re rushed to the hospital, because she laid the smack down :-/ . Well here’s the tv spot just in case you’re familiar with the ShamWow (or “The ShamWow Guy”):

To his credit, all the reports did say that the lady in question bit his tongue…so it wasn’t a fair fight. On the brighter side though, I’m sure fellow commercial star/announcer guy Billy Mays has just the thing to lift those stains from those sheets.

And I know times are tough for a lot of us nowadays, however one of these tees can be had for the recession-friendly price of just $20. That’s cheaper than treating your significant other out to a night at the movies. So make it a Blockbuster night instead, so you can cop a tee!
…that I go to midnight movie releases. lol Just kidding, but I really did last night. I saw "Fast and Furious" and it was surprisingly good. The cars were dope (as was expected), but they didn’t place as heavy an emphasis on them as they did in all the previous versions of the movie. This time around, there was tons of action (real action) and a pretty decent plot, which was unexpected. There was a little twist, in that this seems to actually be a prequel of sorts for "Tokyo Drift", but that’s a minor detail I suppose. The one thing that bothered me about it was that they referred to a Strawberry Face (JDM S15 Silvia) as a "…1997 240sx with an illegal mod," but maybe that’s some kinda crazy loophole that’ll allow one to register an otherwise un-registerable vehicle in the state of California. All-in-all, it was pretty good…so you should go see it.
…words that are sure to make a heart melt, right? Haha, maybe not! Well I know Valentine’s Day has since passed, but if your significant other isn’t a fan of the cliche Build-A-Bear gift, surely this will be a welcomed change. Crazy concept right? I think I wanna order something though. I think these would make a funny gift for any vegan/vegetarian friends one may have.

These are pretty cool! I always like little knick knacks n’ things…so of course I like these. I may even actually try to get one, as long as they’re not $50 a piece (which I actually don’t doubt, since they are D.S.C.). Anyway, what do you think? It might not look as good when I the key to my hoopty is attached, but what the heck!
