Okay, maybe it’s just me…but are sneakers getting ridiculously high/tall?  Don’t get me wrong, I love a high top sneaker, but there comes a point when it’s high enough….and then there comes another point when high enough is surpassed and the sneakers begin to take on a shape reminiscent of a wrestling bootie.  When I first saw TK’s signature shoe (and then the Air Yeezys) I figured they were a bit higher than normal, yet still acceptable.  Now enter the Skytop II.  I will acknowledge that it is a bit too early to condemn pass judgement on the shoe merely by basing my decision on the silhouette, but I do have to say I am not too happy with the way things are looking from this image.  I suppose I will have to wait until July to see for myself (or wait until Ben Baller posts up some uncensored shots).
