So apparently this vid is about 3 years old, but people are still talking about it. It’s a CGI short film created as a project by 3 French students. It’s amazing to me how one’s love for sneakers can be demonstrated in ways other than insane collections. The characters in the vid are Sigg Jones (big boxer looking guy) who is wearing Puma Slipstreams and his agent who is initially wearing black and white dunks that magically transform into some hybrid of Air Trainers/Vandals with Angel Wings. The animation is dope, and the fact that they incorporated kicks so nicely into the mix is just the icing on the cake! Enjoy!
A week or 2 ago my bro asked me to go to this show with him @ the NORVA. The headliner was a guy whom I had never heard of named Cameron Coleman aka The Cello Kid (no disrespect), but I feel like the guy did himself a serious disservice by allowing these guys to open up for him; to say it succinctly…they stole the show! Nickelus F + Tazzy B + Intallek + Suburban District = ONE HARD ACT TO FOLLOW.
This last one is pretty much the reason I went to the show…Space Travellin’. It’s a dope track!
IKEA! Those crazy Swedes and their fancy furniture that you get to put together yourself. It’s amazing to me! You look at their professionally arranged displays, go down to the warehouse, pick out your stuff, pay, then head out. I need a new bed…

Last Monday I got to go to a Norfolk Tides game, eat food, and partake in a frosty brew or 2. Tides got blown out (9-0) by Scranton, but it was my first minor league experience and I enjoyed it.

So I know this news is not new by any means, but I still felt the need to share. When I first saw this video on YouTube, I was convinced that it was an elaborate hoax…I mean, I’ve seen some pretty good ones in my day. Anyway, I did some digging around and I found this out to be legit. The story and whether or not is was racist was brought up with Bill O’Reilly ; however, that issue was debunked when it was revealed that man who reported the story and did the interviews with the locals was actually a black man (smh). Anyway, apparently one of the residents has decided to pursue a rap career and his debut single (*jokes) is "Where Da Gold At?!"…so check him out.

Simply put, I need these. Maybe both pairs, but at least the grey pair for sure! It’s nice to a new twist on a classic silhouette. Wool is definitely a good look on the boat shoes.
I’m not the chauvinistic type, but Pac Man is definitely better than Mrs. Pac Man…at least when it comes to the sneakers inspired by the two of them respectively. The Mrs. Pac Man Dunk SB released a few months ago and now we get to see the version that obviously wears the pants. Hospitality in Richmond…if you guys get ‘em, holla at me! Check ‘em out!
