Jordan Brand is set to release another hybrid; thankfully however, it is not a FUSION!! They’ve combined the simplicity of the Air Max 1 with the iconic silhouette of the Air Jordan XI. Surprisingly, it is not bad (as is every single Fusion ever produced), but the two models work quite well together. The sneaker is set to hit retailers in two colorways (blue/white, and red/white) on September 4th. (BDAY GIFT??)

Back to school
*I thought this illustration by Jason Seiler was appropriate because of the backpack*
Today was my first day back to school THIS semester, I have been doing classes all summer but as for the Fall semester, TODAY was the day. I grabbed my cruizer and off to campus I went, almost getting hit by a number of commuter students looking for parking spaces I finally made it. Shit was CRAWLING with new freshman and returning sophmores, each one trying to ‘Out-Cool’ the next. I remember the days. Regardless, welcome back to all and make sure to keep posted on our updates.
Wrighteous- “The Path Less Taken” Mixtape
Back in my ‘hometown’ I met this cat some time ago. Tyler Wright aka ‘Wrighteous’. At the time, from the little that we spoke I thought you know this kid is cool down to earth, ONLY to find out he’s a pretty dope lyricist. As you all know I do not use the word ‘lyricist’ loosely but it fits for this particular individual. Im not going to speak to much on it now, this is just the introduction. Have I steered any of you wrong with music before?
Be on the look out for his mixtape “The Path Less Taken” dropping MIDNIGHT Tonight. Until then satisfy your ears with the single off the tape also named “The Path Less Taken” in exchange for a TWEET.

Donn T- “Kaleidoscopic” Album
Introducing ?uestlove’s sister Donn T. Her debut album “Kaleidoscopic” contains a broad spectrum of styles, that takes you from West London to the underground Chicago club scene. Mesmerizing and soothing melodies combined with uptempo beats made for the dance-floor is what this album is all about. I always thought it was dope to find talent in both siblings in one family.
