Skytop 2?

How do yo u feel about these?  I will admit, they’re not what I expected…almost bland looking.  I have a hard time even believing that this is a legit image; like maybe it’s Photoshopped or something.  They identical to the original Skytop, except for the obvious collar/tongue difference.

I Need These!

Sometime a few months ago, the Nike SB Dunk High Gucci RESN colorway was confirmed to be a Holiday 2009 release.  We have since learned that the shoe will be a November release, which most likely means it will drop before the end of October.  Here’s a funny story; supposedly they’re not even inspired by Gucci…they just happened to turn out this way. Regardless, they are dope and will be copped!  Oh yeah, the rest of the November lineup is looking great as well.  If funds permit, maybe two or 3 of these will make it into my collection!

Spiz’ike Boot

I may have to “Do the Right Thing” and pick up a pair of these.  I have never been a fan of Nike/Jordan boots, but Nike almost got my money last year when they dropped the Foam Domes…this time I think they may actually take my money though.  I present to you the Air Jordan Spiz’ike Winterized Boot!  I don’t know about you, but I think these are perfect for those ready to make that transition from Summer to the cooler seasons…and the subtle colorways will undoubtedly go with a lot of the gear that is to drop in the coming months.  What’s more is, not only do they look great, but they’re functional as well!  “How?” you say, they’re water proof up to 2 inches….nobody likes soggy socks.

Elyse Walker is specialty boutique located in Pacific Palisades, CA.  They pride themselves on stocking a comprehensive range of haute couture and street wear brands for their fashion savvy clientèle which includes a slew of high profile celebrities.  And as of August 21, Supra has been added to the list.  To commemorate this, a party was held at the store.  The red head is Elyse Walker, the owner.  In the words of “The Mask,” she is “smoooookin’!” haha

MOOOORE Skytops!

I think this is one sneaker silhouette that I won’t be tired of for quite a while…considering I have 4 different pairs and am constantly considering procuring another pair (despite my severe lack of funds).  Supra is no stranger to the collaboration game and this time they teamed up with online streetwear superstore Karmaloop.  The lovechild of these juggernauts is this delightful banana yellow, patent leather colorway.  I think it’s pretty dope.  These are releasing @ Karmaloop’s flagship store in Boston on September 4th.
