I used to live in Northern Virginia kinda close to D.C., so traffic was pretty much a part of everyone’s life. Then I came to the tidewater region and the traffic situation didn’t seem major at all…but that’s not to say that it doesn’t get a bit hectic down here at times. I went to MacArthur Center the other day and my usual 20 minute trip was somehow transformed into a ride (if you can call it that) that lasted a staggering 2 hours.
And much to my surprise (sarcasm) things weren’t looking much better on the ride home…
I-64 was pretty much a parking lot. The guy in front of me turned the car off…I just took a little nap.
Even though the roads/highways are a bit annoying at times…for some reason, I still love this place!
